Application materials, fees and Academy tuition
A complete application includes the required application form, applicable $55 application / enrollment fee and all required supporting materials. Admissions will confirm what is needed after your initial request.
The process covers program selection, applicant profile, education or professional history, transcripts or equivalent evidence, a statement of purpose, and a portfolio or CV where relevant. Academic review is followed by a decision and accepted-student onboarding.
AI Academy applicants additionally complete an admissions challenge and cohort review. Inaugural Academy tuition is currently planned at $4,999 after acceptance. Accepted applicants receive private enrollment and tuition instructions; Academy tuition is not offered as unrestricted public checkout.
What happens after I submit?
- Initial request received. The website issues an on-page reference and timestamp after Northline saves your request. This is separate from application completeness, fee payment and admission.
- Materials check. Northline aims to complete the initial materials check within 1–2 business days. Admissions confirms the documents and next steps. Do not send private documents or payment details through this form.
- Complete — Ready for Review. You are notified when the required application form, fee and supporting materials have been received. The decision timeline begins at this stage.
- Under Review. Formal Northline program review normally takes 5 business days after the file is complete. AI Academy review normally takes 7–10 business days.
- Decision Issued. The outcome is Admitted, Waitlisted, Additional Information Required, or Not Admitted for the current intake. The notice explains the next action.
- Accepted-student reply. AI Academy applicants offered a place normally have 10 calendar days to accept. Private enrollment and tuition instructions follow.
If additional materials are requested, the decision clock pauses until your application is complete again.
How do application status updates work?
Submitted → Materials Pending → Complete — Ready for Review → Under Review → Decision Issued → Enrollment Pending → Enrolled.
Application status communications use the email address supplied in your application. The on-page request receipt is separate; no automatic email receipt is sent. Applicant-portal status access is planned.
