## What ARQS added
ARQS Snake Lab includes an ARQS-authored interface and implementation layer including:
- ARQS Arcade shell and visual system
- responsive/mobile touch controls
- persistent local high score
- configurable base speed
- automatic difficulty levels
- local achievements
- reusable ARQS browser events for score, achievement and game-over integration
- ARQS portfolio/deployment integration
- ARQS documentation and product framing

The upstream copyright remains with its original copyright holder. ARQS claims copyright only in ARQS-authored additions and modifications.
