Payment confirms the setup slot. The thing you take away is this checklist and a place to send the work. A receipt email is not the manuscript, and the manuscript is not for sale until release gates are done.

1. Save your Stripe receipt.
2. Send the working title, your name, email, age band if it is a children's book, and rights status.
3. Attach the manuscript or a substantial sample. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
4. Say whether art already exists, and who owns it.
5. Optional: ask for Canadian copyright administration. That is a separate $126-per-work item, not included in the $19.99.
