Your first paid month starts at successful checkout and includes onboarding and managed support while the system is configured. Activation follows complete intake and testing against the agreed scope.
Automatic renewal: Stripe charges the payment method you authorize $299 every calendar month until cancelled. The first renewal is one calendar month after purchase; the monthly billing date adjusts to the last day in shorter months. The setup fee is charged once.
Cancellation: Email sales@arqs.ca before your next renewal, using your checkout email and receipt reference. ARQS ends the subscription at the end of the current paid billing period, stops future renewals and confirms the end date. Managed service continues through that paid period.
Fulfilment: After payment is verified, send your business hours, services, FAQs, calendar and handoff rules to sales@arqs.ca. ARQS confirms scope and any additional telephony, usage or integration costs before those costs are incurred, then configures, tests and activates the service. Completion timing is confirmed after intake. Do not email passwords, API keys or payment details.
For mistaken purchases, duplicate charges or non-delivery, contact sales@arqs.ca. Refunds are reviewed against work performed, fulfilment status and applicable consumer rights. Cancellation stops future renewals; refund requests are reviewed separately.
