Intended beneficiaries
Norwood Ravenswood and the BC Lions Society for Children with Disabilities / Easter Seals BC/Yukon are the intended beneficiaries, subject to coordination and final allocation.
ARQS intends to direct net proceeds after the prize pool, refunds, chargebacks, processing, applicable taxes and documented contest administration costs to the disclosed causes. No fixed charitable contribution is guaranteed.
An optional $5 community contribution is separate from entry and never affects ranking. It is not collected in the preview.
A post-contest reconciliation must identify entry revenue, deductions, prizes and actual charitable transfers. A tax receipt is subject to the receiving charity's eligibility and receipt process.
